The 2012 season saw Portsmouth & Southsea and Bashley II promoted back into the Southern Electric Bronze League whilst Andover II and Idlers were relegated to County Division II. EMWCC and Gosport Borough join County 1 from the Bronze League for the 2013 season with hopes of gaining promotion back into the Premier League in 2014.
